Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Loop, operated by Marrona. They are a good-faith baseline and should be reviewed by legal counsel for your jurisdiction before launch.
Using Loop
You may use Loop to collect feedback, manage roadmaps, and publish changelogs. You must be able to form a binding contract, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for the content posted to your workspaces and for complying with applicable laws.
Plans & billing
Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar, who is the seller of record for your purchase; their terms also apply at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period, and downgrades take effect at period end and never delete your data. Prices are in USD and may exclude taxes, which Polar calculates at checkout.
Acceptable use
Don't use Loop to host unlawful content, spam, malware, or to infringe others' rights, and don't abuse, probe, or overload the service. We may suspend or remove workspaces that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you and your users submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it within the service. Public boards are, by design, visible to anyone with the link.
Termination
You may stop using Loop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
Disclaimer & liability
Loop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
